Shipping Policy

At CuteFits, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, a 5–10% advance payment is required due to our print-on-demand setup.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • For returns or exchanges, a replacement shipping charge of Rs. 350 will apply—unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Please allow extra time during sales, public holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Custom Orders

  • Custom or made-to-order items require advance payment.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the design and production time. An estimated timeline will be shared during order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

  • In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  • CuteFits is not liable for courier delays but we’re happy to assist with tracking and resolution.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send photographic proof to cutefitsofficial@gmail.com for review.
  • Once approved, we’ll send a free replacement and reimburse shipping via bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • No returns/exchanges on clearance items, mystery boxes, or special deals.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is incorrect or defective.
